The following document is an example of my personal meal plan during a one week period. This is based on my specific BioIndividual needs and Metabolic Type. For example... I eat a lot of fat, no dairy, minimal grains, and can't eat certain vegetables - it is important for you to learn and listen to your unique body! Don't copy me, but please use this as a template to design your own plan.

Just like our diets, everyone's personal plan for exercise and fitness will differ based on their body and goals. This is my current mindfulness practice and exercise plan. Use this as a template to design your own plan too.
