It is my passion to support you in figuring out what diet and lifestyle changes will help you live your best life. To decide if health coaching is right for you, I invite you to schedule an initial consultation with me. During this session, we will discuss your health and lifestyle to determine how I can best support you in achieving your goals.

During your initial consultation, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body to determine which program is right for you. For enrollment, we take into consideration the particular outcome you are seeking, as well as your individual lifestyle, schedule and budget, and assign a realistic timeframe for you to achieve success!
My One-on-One program is six months in duration. I also offer a fast-track program and a monthly custom option. In this personalized program, you will learn the tools you need for a lifetime of improved health that is tailored to your body, preferences and personal challenges. This is not a one-size-fits-all program, and with all of the conflicting information out there, I will guide you in determining what works best for you.
I offer my small group programs for either 3 or 6 months. While individual concerns are addressed, this program is outlined to cover and clarify specific topics that will help you improve your health. This is an excellent way to receive the same great information in a group setting.

In this session, we will work together to:
