This session is simply a discussion of your unique situation and the changes you would like to make in your life. It also gives us the opportunity to “test-drive” and make sure we are the right fit for each other!
Your session is confidential and will last from 35 to 55 minutes. I conduct the Introductory Coaching Session over the phone, FaceTime, or Skype.
In this session, we will work together to:
1. Develop a clear vision of the goals you want to achieve and what you consider realistic long-term results
2. Identify the key issue that’s been holding you back from achieving your health goals
3. Determine which program is the best fit and make a plan to get you moving toward achieving the goals you desire
