Kristy is extremely disciplined when it comes to the food she puts in her body. She eats a whole foods diet and sticks to the guidelines she has learned help her to feel her best. She says “I don't follow a particular dietary theory aside from trying to make fruits and vegetables a priority and eating organic (meats and vegetables) as much as possible. I also strive to be gluten and dairy free – I'm not allergic, but I feel much better when I don't consume those foods.”
