Q: Do I have to give up Coffee completely?
A: This will be discussed more within the cleanse as coffee can have some side effects (other than the jitters) that you may wish to eliminate. Generally, if you need coffee to function, then I think it is important to take a closer look at what else is imbalanced in your life that requires you to need a stimulant. However, if the caffeine gives you the extra jolt of energy you need to be your best and ride well, then the occasional glass is acceptable.
